The White Lotus Season 3 is coming to an end, and fans want to know if there’s more ahead!
The third season of the Mike White-created HBO series is set at an exclusive Thai resort and follows the exploits of various guests and employees over the span of a week.
But will there be a Season 4?

Season 4 has already been officially confirmed by HBO!
The network renewed the series for a fourth season before Season 3 even aired back in early 2025.
There are no details yet about casting, location or a premiere date for the fourth season just yet.
However, local reports revealed that Mike White reached out to the Norwegian Film Institute for a grant to film a season of The White Lotus in Norway before Season 3 premiered.
Every season of White Lotus so far has been filmed at a Four Seasons resort however, and there are none in Scandinavia. We’ll have to see what happens.
As far as heading somewhere cold, producer David Bernad also said on The Bill Simmons Podcast: “Mike does not like the cold…[White] is a California guy. He is not built for the cold. Never say never, but I would be surprised.”
HBO programming executive Francesca Oris said at the time of the Season 3 premiere: “I can’t really say where we’re going to land, but chances are somewhere in Europe.”
The first installment, which premiered July 2021, was set in Hawaii. Season 2 premiered in December 2022, and was set in Sicily. Due to delays, Season 3 didn’t premiere until 2025. It’s unclear when Season 4 would premiere, but likely not for another year or two at least.
As far as returning cast, the only surviving two stars who have been in multiple seasons are spa manager Belinda (Natasha Rockwell) and Greg (Jon Gries). We’ll see if they make it past Season 3!
