Jenny McCarthy is opening up about her health.
The 53-year-old actress and The Masked Singer TV personality got candid about an infection that led to a whole lot of surgeries and problems in a new interview.

Jenny said it all began with a failed ceramic dental implant, and grew much worse.
“I’ve had nine surgeries this year, on my mouth,” she told People in a new interview, adding: “I had one infection that turned into another and another, and then I had these growths show up on my eyeballs.”
“My teeth were falling out, implants falling out. They finally had to dig into my jawbone and chipped away, and found I had a deep bone infection. I’ve been on antibiotics for a year, and have had to eat soft foods only,” Jenny explained.
She also explained that her trim figure has to do with not being able to eat much.
“I had two more mouth surgeries even after that photo was taken,” she said of her annual holiday card, looking noticeably thinner alongside husband Donnie Wahlberg. “I’ve been pretty unlucky.”
“As of now, I’m able to chew again, but every time we thought it had cleared up, it came back again, I’d be in massive pain with my jaw swelling up, and at the same time I was getting these growths popping up on my eyeballs. People should actually feel a little sorry for me!” Jenny added.
She added that she’s planning to stay at home in Chicago and eat with her husband for the holidays.
“I think I’m past the storm. I’m about to chow down!” Jenny said.
