The incident took place at 5:38 a.m. on March 25, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a rep to EW.

The man was jogging “on or near” the tracks and the death appears to be accidental, a law enforcement source told Page Six.

Billie, then 18 at the time, was granted a temporary restraining order against Prenell in 2020 after he allegedly came to her family home in LA seven times between May 4 and 5, and the order was extended for three years.

“While we waited for security, Mr Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue. My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused,” she testified at the time, per court documents via Page Six.

During her 2026 Grammys acceptance speech, Billie called out ICE and said that “no one is illegal on stolen land,” prompting both criticism and defense from celebs.

Billie is set to make her feature acting debut.
